This blog will be used to rant and rave, vent, joke, laugh and embarrass myself while I take this two-year adventure to have perfect teeth. I hope you enjoy the ride as much as I will ;).

Post-Op Jaw Surgery Video #1 - Upper Jaw (Lefort One Osteotomy) & Geniop...
Hi Alexis! I am so amazed by your recovery! 12 days post op and you would hardly know anything happened. You smile is amazing and your speech and profile are "spot on" WOW!!! Have a wonderful day! Regards, Brent
Hi, You are healing very fast it seems, and your bite looks really great. I was wondering if you had similar problems to me regarding the placing of the elastics? I find it really hard to put it on the back upper molar. Any tips?
@Anonymous - I've actually had these elastics (I broke the one on my left side a few days ago) on since my surgery 2 weeks ago. I'm getting new ones put on tommorow and my Dr says he's going to show me how to change them so I can take them off while I eat. I'm hoping it won't be too hard!
Welcome!
My name is Alexis, I am 26. I enjoy long walks on the beach, tin grins and jaw surgery. My Perfect Grill adventure began with braces in April 2009 and jaw surgery (Lefort One Osteotomy and Genioplasty) in August 2010. Project Perfect Grill will conclude on March 2, 2011! Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
