January Picture Updates

Two posts in one week! I'm on a roll!

Here are the photos I promised of my braces update:

The saturation is weird on the new photo, so please ignore that! But otherwise I wanted to point out how much my bite has changed so far! My orthodontist has been widening my upper jaw and narrowing my lower jaw. You can see a huge difference in the way my back teeth meet one another. In the Week 4 photo my bottom teeth are actually slightly WIDER than the top! Craziness!

Here are the photos of the new buttons put on my inner top right molars, linking to my outer bottom right molars:

p.s. from now on all of my new photos will be in black and white, I feel like it looks less gross upclose that way! ;)

  2. Hello Alexis,

I have been looking at your Braces Diary and I think it’s great. Gives a real personal insight into how orthodontic treatment can make a real difference to a person’s smile, even if it can be a long and arduous journey. The results make it worth the hassle in my opinion. Your blog is a great help to many people in giving them the confidence to go ahead with any braces even if it has been something they have feared for some time, thanks to the personal touch your blob takes, citing the forgotten dismays and grievances of braces but also the plus side.

I am writing to you as I feel your followers could benefit from a link to the http://www.cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk/ which would not only give your followers access to information concerning orthodontic treatment but about a whole host of cosmetic dental treatment and oral health advice.
